NDT Services provide services for in-situ oxide scale thickness measurement of tubes in high temperature section of power boiler
(Superheater, Headers, Reheat tubes). The service includes oxide scale thickness measurement and in-situ metallography of tubes for
monitoring the tube condition for creep damage. For more thorough inspection of high temperature sections, examination of attachment
welds in high temperature headers using both Magnetic Particle Testing & Ultrasonic Flaw Detection is undertaken. Additionally visual
inspection of interior surface of headers using flexible fiberscope is also an essential part of the inspection of high temperature section of a
boiler.
